They directly touch the slow-moving wire and make sliding conflicts. Therefore, the wear and tear is very fast, and the place where the cylinder and the slow-moving wire touch will form a deep groove soon after use. The wire organization of the wire cutting machine is mainly composed of a wire storage drum, a wire rack and a guide wheel. When the accuracy of the yarn transporting tissue is reduced, radial runout and axial play of the yarn storage drum will be incurred. The radial runout of the wire storage drum will reduce the tension of the electrode wire, resulting in loose wire. The axial movement of the wire storage drum of the engraving and milling machine will cause uneven wire arrangement and cause the appearance of overlapping wires. The shaft and bearing of the wire storage drum often have gaps due to wear, and it is easy to cause the wire to vibrate and break the wire, so it is necessary to replace the worn shaft and bearing and other parts in time. When the wire storage drum is reversed, if the high-frequency power supply is not cut off, the slow-moving wire will be overheated in a short time and the slow-moving wire will be blown. Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the travel switch at the rear of the wire storage drum is out of order. It is necessary to keep the wire storage drum and the guide wheel flexible, otherwise the wire feeding system will oscillate and the wire will be broken during the reciprocating motion. After winding the wire, check the slow-moving wire grinding machine with no load and check whether the milling machine vibrates. If there is vibration, analyze the reason. The limit stop at the rear end of the wire storage drum must be adjusted to prevent the wire storage drum from rushing out of the limit stroke and breaking the wire. The stopper in the wire-stopping equipment touches and collides with the fast-moving slow-moving wire, which is easy to generate grooves and cause the wire to break, so it needs to be replaced in time. The wear of the guide wheel bearing will directly affect the accuracy of the guide wire.
