The PSF production line mainly has two types:

Polyester staple fiber (PSF) production line( could produce wool fiber, cotton fiber etc): raw material ( bottle flake, PET chips, pop corn material etc)— melt in high temperature— spinning into fiber— drawing— crimping—heat setting— cutting— solid fiber 2. polyester staple fiber flexible production line ( could produce both solid fiber and hollow fiber) : raw material ( bottle flake, PET chips, pop corn material etc)— melt in high temperature— spinning into fiber— drawing—crimping—heat setting— cutting— solid fiber raw material ( bottle flake, PET chips, pop corn material etc)— melt in high temperature— spinning into fiber— drawing— crimping—cutting—heat setting —Hollow fiber.
