The vacuum dryer is used to decrease the moisture of PET bottle flake to make it suitable for melt and spinning.

Heating method: Thermal oil or steam circulation on the surface, or electric heating by electric bars.

Vacuum pump takes the air out from the vacuum dryer, so the PET bottle flake won't get yellow under high temperature.

Advantage: Compare with continuous crystallize dryer, it is more flexible and suitable for complex raw material mixing.
